Delivery And Installation Information
Our rain shelters, patio roofs and door canopies are hand-made in West Yorkshire using only the best British steel and high quality fixtures. We offer full 12 months covering warranty for materials and craftsmanship, giving you the peace of mind of a well-built product, an asset built to last.
This 12 months warranty applies to normal usage conditions for the product’s intended purpose only for private domestic use, unless stated so in industrial applications. We always aim at maximising the sturdiness, weight load capacity and weather resistance of our products way beyond what UK conditions normally throws at them, but you should take precautionary measures in cases of extreme conditions that are not usually encountered in your UK region. Although most of our products would take a person’s weight without a major structural fail, we strongly advice against this action and we would not take responsibility for any personal injury or property damage arising from it.
The lifetime of these products is normally around 10 years, after which they will require an inspection and eventual overhaul. In highly corrosive environments, such as exposed shoreline near the sea, we recommend choosing our extra weather protection variant of the product ( zinc-plated) and structural inspection should be performed every 2 years.
Delivery and installation:
25% -50% Deposit payment required by Cash or Bank transfer but we may also accept paypal transactions.
We usually offer delivery and installation in Leeds area , as a paid service depending of your location. From time to time we can offer a free delivery and installation service, for certain products and destination areas. Be sure to order your product quickly, as these offers are limited.
For areas that we cannot cover ourselves, we offer a delivery option only in all UK mainland destinations and you can install the product yourself using screws and fixtures provided in the package or using your own solution depending on the wall material of your house. Full instructions for a safe installation are provided. Installation should be carried out only by qualified technicians, working at a height with such heavy objects can be dangerous for the average DIY enthusiast and improper fixing to the building may result in serious injuries to persons and damages to property for which we cannot be held accountable.
